Polycarbonate sheets are clear 1/8” thick, fluted sheets (similar to cardboard) with a flat surface on each side. The 4’ x 8’sheets can be easily custom cut and attached to the framework of windows and doors has up to four times the impact resistance of half–inch plywood. And yet it’s up to 30-50 percent lighter than plywood.
